Pricing
Published rates, priced on what you actually run

Commit for longer, pay less. That is the whole mechanism.
There is no penalty for staying flexible and no pressure to sign for years. Longer terms genuinely cost us less to service, so we pass that on rather than inventing a reason.
No commitment
Rolling monthly. Onboarding billed once per location.
One year

Get a figure before you talk to anyone
Drag the sliders or type the numbers. Nothing is sent anywhere and no email address is required — this runs entirely in your browser.
A physical site with its own network. Staff working from home do not count as a location.
Every person with their own login and mailbox — partners, associates, admin, part-time staff.
Laptops and desktops we manage. Often higher than headcount when people use both a laptop and a desk machine.
Physical or virtual. A NAS or an on-premise line-of-business server counts here.
Company phones and tablets, and personal ones that reach company email.

This figure can move down on your actual proposal. It will not move up.
These are list rates, so the figure above is arithmetic rather than a quote. What moves it is condition — an environment that has been maintained costs less to take on than one that has not, and some firms need evidence work that others do not. We confirm the real number after a short call and a look at what you run.

Outside coverage
Hourly rates, published for the same reason
Most of what you need sits inside your coverage and is never billed hourly. When something falls outside, you should know the cost before the invoice.
Standard billable work
$200/hr
Work outside your coverage, done on request.
VIP billable work
$160/hr
The reduced rate, and one of the things the Complete tier buys. Standard and Essential clients are billed at the standard rate.
Project work
$250/hr
Scoped work with a start date and a defined outcome — migrations, office moves, new sites.
Emergency escalation
+$400/hr
Added on top, and only for out-of-scope work that genuinely cannot wait. We tell you before it applies, every time.
- Billed in half-hour blocks, rounded up.
- One hour minimum per request.
- Complete clients receive two hours every month at no cost.
- Work inside your coverage is never billed hourly. Nothing becomes billable without us telling you first.
Specific targets and inclusions may vary with your service level agreement and agreed scope.
What moves the number
Six things, and none of them are secret
Locations
Each site has its own network, its own boundary and its own way of going wrong.
Workstation users
Everyone with a login and a mailbox. Each one is a person who needs help and an account that needs protecting.
Workstations
Every laptop and desktop we manage, monitored, maintained and protected.
Servers
Physical or virtual. They cost more because they fail harder and matter more when they do.
Mobile devices
Phones and tablets that reach company email. Cheap to cover, expensive to ignore.
Condition
An environment that has been maintained costs less to take on than one that has not. We tell you which you have before you sign anything.
Not a business?
Home and family memberships are priced separately
Households are a different product with a different promise, so they have their own page and their own rates rather than being an afterthought on this one.
Guardian Shield
$67.99 /mo per person
Family Fortress

Questions
On money, contracts and commitment
What it costs, what you sign and how you leave. Questions about how the work itself runs are answered on how we work.
What does a contract look like?
Rolling monthly after an initial period, priced on what you actually run rather than a headcount band. A year waives onboarding. Three years waives it and takes 11% off the monthly. The whole rate card is on this page, so none of it waits for a call.
Can the price go up after I sign?
It moves when your environment moves. Hire five people, add five workstations, and the total reflects that.
What does not happen is a quiet uplift on an unchanged environment. Rate card changes come in writing with notice, and the estimator figure is a ceiling for your proposal rather than an opening bid.
What happens if it is not working out?
In the first seven days we cancel and refund anything we have not already spent on your licences. No argument and no exit interview. After that it is rolling monthly with notice.
Either way you leave with your documentation, credentials and configuration. They were always yours.
Read the seven-day guaranteeWhat is billable, and what is included?
Anything inside your coverage is never billed by the hour. Work outside it — a project, an office move, something you asked for that is not in the agreement — is quoted first. Nothing becomes billable without us saying so beforehand.
Complete includes two hours a month at no cost, and a lower rate after that.
Is onboarding really a separate cost?
Yes, because it is real work: inventory, documentation, credential recovery, and fixing whatever discovery digs up before we agree to be responsible for the place. Charged once per location, waived entirely on a year or longer.
Anyone telling you onboarding is free has either buried it in the monthly figure or is not doing it.
