Agreement

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this site is

This site describes Check Your Six’s services and lets prospective clients reach us. Everything published here is general information for a business audience. It is not technical, legal, compliance or insurance advice about your particular circumstances, and you should not act on it without engaging a qualified professional who knows your full situation.

No relationship is created by using this site

Reading this site, using the six-point check or the estimator, sending a message, booking a call or having a preliminary conversation does not create a service relationship. That begins only when both parties sign a written agreement.

Estimates and assessments

The coverage estimator produces an indicative range from figures you enter. It is not a quote, not an offer, and not binding on either of us. The six-point check is an educational self-assessment; it does not examine your systems and its result is not an audit, certification or professional opinion.

Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site or its infrastructure.
  • Do not use automated tools to submit the contact form or to scrape the site at volume.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt the availability of the site for others.

Good-faith security research is welcome under the disclosure terms on our trust page.

Our content

The text, design, code and marks on this site belong to Check Your Six or its licensors. You may read, print and share pages for your own business purposes. You may not republish substantial portions, or present our material as your own, without written permission.

Third-party links and embeds

Some pages link to or embed services operated by others, including our scheduling and assessment tools. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or availability.

Availability

We aim to keep this site available and accurate but do not guarantee either. We may change or remove content at any time without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Check Your Six is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Which law applies

This site is operated by Check Your Six LLC, registered in Wyoming and trading in Utah as CY6 LLC. These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute cannot be settled by talking — and we would much rather talk — it belongs in the state or federal courts sitting in Wyoming, and both of us agree to that.

We have not buried an arbitration clause or a class-action waiver in here. Plenty of sites do. If your rights under your own state’s consumer law are stronger than anything written above, those rights win.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes, and the version you agreed to is the one that was published when you used the site. We will not apply a change backwards to something that already happened.

If part of this is unenforceable

If a court decides any part of these terms cannot stand, that part comes out and the rest continues to apply. Not enforcing something once does not mean we have given it up.
