CY6Check Your Six

Guarantee

Seven days to change your mind

If you are unhappy in your first week as a managed client, tell us. We tear up the agreement and refund everything we have not already spent on your behalf. No exit interview, no retention call, no attempt to talk you round.

We would rather lose a client in week one than keep an unhappy one for a year. It is also a reasonable bet on our side: the firms who leave in the first week were never a fit, and finding that out early is cheaper for both of us.

What comes back

  • Any fees you have paid, less anything already spent on your behalf.
  • Any coverage fees paid for the period after cancellation.

What does not

  • Third-party licences already purchased in your name for the term.
  • Hardware already ordered, delivered or configured.
  • Labour and Onboarding for work you specifically asked us to complete before cancelling.

These are things already bought in your name, or work you asked us to finish. We are not keeping them — the licences and the hardware are yours to take with you.

The harder question

What happens if you leave later

A seven-day window is easy to offer. The real test of a provider is what they do in year three when you decide to move on. Nobody publishes this, which is exactly why we do.

  • Your documentation is yours. Asset inventory, network diagrams, credentials and the roadmap are handed over.
  • Backups are made available for retrieval before anything is decommissioned.
  • Licences bought in your name stay in your name.
  • No fee for leaving. We will speak to whoever takes over and hand off what you need — and if that turns into real work, we will tell you before we bill any of it.
  • You get the inventory without asking for it: every system, every credential, every integration and every automation nobody remembers exists.
  • One named person stays reachable for thirty days. Most handover pain is not the documents, it is the question that surfaces in week three.
  • The handover starts the day you give notice, not the day the agreement ends.
Why this matters

A provider who makes leaving painful is relying on friction rather than performance. If we are doing the job well you will not want to leave, and if we are not, holding your documentation hostage would only make a bad situation worse. Ask any provider you are considering what their offboarding looks like — the answer tells you a great deal.

The 7-day window begins on the day your agreement starts. Your signed agreement is the document that governs and where it differs from this page, it wins.
